Day 7 Sarasota, Florida

Lazy day today. Played on the Internet and left the house about 4:30pm and went grocery shopping. Brent made up 2 dishes pasta with blueberry sausage and hot wings. Both tasted really good and I was so stuffed that I almost went to sleep again.

But we went to the poker room and played poker until 1am. I spent $120. The break down: $60 buy in 1-2 blinds. I bought in two time for that 120 dollars and i came home with $98. So after two days of poker I've spent $160 and have won $162. So as you can see I've broke basically even. But two day (night's) of learning and fun....and that's what it's all about! I can't wait until I get back to my home town and hit the casino. When my cuz or E or just myself go to the casino usually we/I play the slots, but sometime i play blackjack. Now I'll be playing poker when my cuz or E ask me "where you go be?" POKER BABY that's where it's at! I've have a lot to learn playing live poker and i will get better. I know how to play online, I've play thousands of hands, but playing live is different. Thanks Brent for the push on the back to play live. I don't know if I would have ever done it on my own.

Just like my other friends pushing me to do things, i need pushing otherwise I don't do some things that are really fun! I know gambling ain't right but it's something to do! So today not much going on, oh wait forgot (another first) I played Brent's guitar outside on the patio for an hour. Never done that up north! If I forgot to mention I restrung his guitar and cleaned it up on the first day i was here one week ago. It needed it big time. It's a beautiful guitar. Fender! Not expensive but the colors are really pretty.
