Well from my last post i didn't have to leave at 2am but i did have to get up at 4am to get ready to leave out our gate by 5:30am to goto St. Paul for 8:30am. Later on during the week I took Wednesday off to go do something with my kid, and then made two trips to Canada. That's where I'm starting off this week going to Terrace Bay, On in Canada. It really isn't a bad run except for that it's 6 to 8 hrs of two lane roads. Wait yea it's is a bad run, I don't like running two lane road for that long of time but i have to deal with it i guess or other wise quit. Hey now I've been working at my company for seven years and have earned three weeks vacation. I should take all three weeks and quit and move on to this other company in the town where I live. They treat you better, the pay is about $92.00 a week less, i could pick my first run and no having to call in on Saturday anymore. But i could end up staying out more than a week and the insurance is pretty good but i would have to pay for my kid which i don't know how much that is? I'm waiting for some info on the insurance and the selling of my house and then I'll decide what I'm gonna do....stay where I'm at or move to the new company. I really might do it since this ship I'm on is starting to sink just like where i works seven years ago. I got out of there and just after it went downhill big time. I'm seeing the same thing here. I think the owners need to treat there driver alot better because there's less than 150 of us left and that number keeps going down weekly. Ok so theres what's going on in my life up to this point, well there's a lot more but this is getting long so it's time to end for now, chow!!
