It's been one week now of not smoking and I'm doing pretty good. Taking my patch every day. But there's some morning's I can go until almost noon if i get up at let's say eight. But I'm gonna stick to my plan and not deceive from it.

Sorry nothing much to say a pretty boring week, stressful but boring. Oh yea I starting playing poker on line with real money now. Not on big tables just .01-.02 cent tables.
